Policies
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
Late policy requires that you notify us if you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your appointment.
No call no show will result in a 50% charge of service cost and will require a deposit to rebook. First time clients that no show will not be able to rebook in future.
